Integrated Business Management System
The Integrated Business Management System developed for Wynstan Commercial provides a graphical user interface to the documentation, systems, procedures, policies and forms that specifically address the requirements of ISO 9001 and the statutory obligations to external bodies such as WorkCover and Safe Work Australia. This covers all areas of work, health and safety, quality assurance and environmental protection.
The aim of the system is to fulfil certification requirements for ISO 9001 and any statutory components of ISO 14001 and AS 18001 that are incorporated into Safe Work Australia documentation and methodology. Every person that works with Wynstan has a responsibility to ensure that WH&S policy and procedures are adhered to:
- Management pursue the goals of the policy and procedures and ensure they are adhered to.
- Supervisors take measures to implement safe work processes and ensure the safe work environment.
- Employees share the responsibility for their own safety and that of their co workers and others affected by their work.
