I found Wynstan to be a fantastic company with which to deal. Rick, the initial staff member to come and measure, arrived on time and kept me informed of the progress. Originally the install was to be 4-5 weeks away, but my security doors were ready in just over 2 weeks.
Michael, the installer, kept me informed as to his anticipated time and he arrived exactly on time. The install was done efficiently and without any fuss and he explained the workings of the doors together with warranty and payment information.

Martin came to check what I need. I gave the order next day and in few weeks time Mansoor came to install the doors. Process wise very smooth. Installation work was pretty big, and done very well. Can a pet door be installed in Crimsafe screens?
Yes, a pet door can be added to Crimsafe screens. However, installing one involves cutting the mesh and altering the door’s structure, meaning it will no longer meet the standards of a security door.
This modification also voids Crimsafe’s extended warranty, though Wynstan will still provide a 3-year warranty.

What is the Warranty for Wynstan Crimsafe Security Doors and Screens?
When your Wynstan Crimsafe security door or screen is installed, it comes with:
1. Wynstan’s 3-Year Warranty, this covers the entire door or window screen, including all components.
2. Crimsafe’s 10-Year Standard Warranty, this covers the mesh, screws, and frame only.
Can I Extend the Crimsafe Warranty?
Yes! Crimsafe offers the option to extend their warranty by an additional 2-3 years.
To qualify for the extended warranty:
- You must register your product within 60 days of installation.

How to maintain Crimsafe Product?
Crimsafe mesh, made from 304-grade stainless steel, has an impressive lifespan of approximately 65 years. To ensure its longevity, the mesh undergoes a high-grade pre-treatment and is coated with a durable, UV fade-resistant powder.
Regular maintenance is key to keep your Crimsafe product in optimal condition. Clean the mesh using car wash or Crimsafe Wash, following the recommended intervals below based on your environment:
