We purchased a Crimsafe screen door and curtain's and blinds for our new home through Wystan and their local representative Paul Millan. We are delighted with the service we received and the finished product, the blinds and curtains look fantastic with the help of Paul Millan who went above and beyond assisting us with our colour matching. I can absolutely recommend this company.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Wynstan Blinds. Paul came out to measure and provide a quote and demonstrated excellent customer service skills from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciated Paul's input in selecting colours and textures to suit our home, Paul's advice was very genuine. We also had Austin, one of the technicians, come out to resolve a few issues we were having with one of our curtains. He was fantastic; friendly, thorough and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s really refreshing to receive such great customer service from both the sales and after-sales team. We really appreciated how both Paul and Austin went above and beyond to help. Would definitely recommend Wynstan Blinds! If you're in need of a measure and quote, ask for Paul!

Paul was just so knowledgeable and really knew his product,no pressure sales, just downright honest and friendly service. Highly recommend Paul.10/10

Paul, thank you for assuring me that I shall have a screen door once again: made in Australia. You impressed me greatly with your professionalism and product knowledge, and your effortless ability to explain what I might expect germane to its installation and function. Wynstan NEM, I commend Paul for his sterling service. Affable, amusing, and polite. No need for pix until the installation, at which time I shall include these.

Fantastic service from both Rick and Jay! Ricks measurements were spot on and suggestions he made improved the overall look of our blinds, curtains and crimsafe. Jay installed them today and everything looks perfect, he even went out of his way to change control sides on the blinds after we changed our mind on a few windows. Thanks team

We had a great experience with Saulo. He arrived within the correct time window, kept me updated on his ETA, and was incredibly efficient and friendly. Really appreciated the communication and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!

Finished product very nice but should be for an almost 10 week completion The installer Saulo was great he was polite professional and cleaned up well before he left.

Done a great job also Great customer service. Helped me tighten a lock on 1 of my sliding doors. It was no problem for this gentleman to help me. Highly recommend him. 🙂

Saulo was professional and personable. He ensured that the blind was installed correctly, and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. Saulo came across as a genuinely lovely family man, and I would happily recommend him.

Couldn't be happier with the quality, installation and competitive price. Thank you Chris and Jacky.

Jay W was amazing, very friendly and professional, arrived on time. He looked into the details of the blinds, helped smooth out as well as did quick and easy mount fix!! Gentleman.

Saulo did a great job. Installation was perfect. Saulo was very helpful and courteous.

I had the absolute honour and privilege of meeting Joe, your Liverpool representative and, Darko, your installer. Joe was very informative, not pushy and very responsive to any after sales issues I experienced. Specifically, Darko’s level of expertise, professionalism and attention to detail, were second to none. Darko, was such a gentleman and so kind to regularly update me on the completion of each frame and door, the way it’s manufactured, how it operates, and the integrity of the Crimsafe doors that were purchased, constantly asking if I was satisfied.. Darko’s interpersonal skills and professionalism are an asset to your organisation. I would not hesitate in recommending Wynstan purely based on my experience with Joe the sales rep from Liverpool NSW and Darko, wishing them both the best. Regards

Professional, committed to the job. I got my door ordered and installed just the way I wanted.

Very friendly staff.Chris did a very good job with installation,I am very happy with everything. Would highly recommend Wynstan with a Y to my friends.

I had 3 Honeycomb bottom-up top-down shades fitted to my doubles sash windows by Michael J last month. He did a great job! I’m happy with the results and will be in touch to get the rest of my double sash windows fitted with the same as they are perfect for allowing both airflow and privacy.

Door looks great, awesome quality, the installer Chris was great, quick installation. Left work area spotless, would recommend.

Thank you to Karl for installing my new Crimsafe flyscreen door. Karl was very thorough and professional and explained maintenance details thoroughly. Would highly recommend Karl and Wynstan - very satisfied.

Great experience with Wynstan. Both the quote and installation were seamless. Karl installed 2 screens and a Crimsafe Ultimate door for us. He was punctual, professional and informative. We are stoked with the work done. Thanks Karl.

Products are great and the installation went smoothly as staff (Karl) is friendly and knowledgeable.

Brilliant help & advice!

Wynstan Toorak were great, super helpful and the whole thing was really simple from ordering to install! Had nick come out and install them, he was super helpful with taking my old blinds down and the install of my new shutters were super quick and they look great!

I had Karl install my Crimsafe doors in 3 hours which is supposedly half the time it should have took! I was very happy with his work, communication and cleanliness. Moreover, Karl answered a tradie question for me and helped me with my front timber door which was jammed. Legend! Highly recommend 🙂

The quality of Wynstan's blinds and curtains is excellent and I am very happy with the finished product. The staff, particularly Shirley at the showroom, the head office representative and the installation technician, were all polite, professional and genuinely tried their best to help. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was very disappointing. I was initially promised a 4-week lead time. Two weeks after paying the deposit, I was advised that the curtains were out of stock. After visiting the showroom, I was told the order would take 6 weeks. When six weeks passed without delivery, I was referred to head office, where I was then advised the lead time was actually 6 to 8 weeks. In the end, my order took more than 10 weeks to be completed. My concern is not the delay itself, as supply issues can happen. Rather, it was the inconsistent information and the repeated changes to the expected delivery timeline. Better communication and more realistic lead times from the outset would have made the experience far less frustrating. Wynstan makes an excellent product, but its logistics and delivery communication need significant improvement. Would I use Wynstan again? Most likely, yes. They have been around for a long time, their product quality is excellent and I expect them to continue standing behind their products and warranty. I simply hope they improve their delivery coordination and communication so that the overall customer experience matches the quality of their blinds and curtains.
