We’re here to help

Every Wynstan product is made to be lived with and enjoyed for years. If yours needs some attention, our Service and Warranty Team is here to look after it.

Tell us a little about your product and what you’ve noticed, and one of our team will be in touch to arrange the next steps.

A picture or video helps us help you faster

Photos and videos let our team see exactly what’s going on, so we can get things back to their best sooner. Often we can sort it out without needing to visit.

What to include:

• A photo of the whole product
• A close-up of the area that needs attention
• A short video (10–15 seconds) of the product in use

Your warranty

• 3 years on most products, with paid service available beyond that for the product’s service life, generally 5–7 years depending on the product.
• 5 years on shutters and motorisation.

Service visits are free for the first 12 months. After that, a $120 call-out fee applies.
