The facilities technician/coordinator’s main role is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the working environments across all Wynstan sites. You will coordinate with key business stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed on time whilst meeting the needs of the organization.

As a facilities technician/coordinator you will:

  • Look after all essential building services;
  • Assist IT in any maintenance duties (cabling experience is preferred);
  • Set up, adjust, maintain and repair production machinery/equipment;
  • Ensure all work is scheduled, planned and executed accordingly;
  • Liaise closely with tenants to ensure work orders are managed and delivered;
  • Log and track all maintenance request and expenditure;
  • Update and maintain a service/maintenance register;
  • Perform ad-hoc handyman duties;
  • Undertake ad-hoc facilities management related administration.

Is this you:

  • Trade or building qualifications including white card or EWP under 11m (highly regarded);
  • Open registration and Endorsements (S/OF) as well as other test/tag related competencies highly regarded;
  • Full-time availability between 7am to 4pm Monday – Friday;
  • Full drivers licence;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Hands on approach with an ability to think outside the box to solve problems;
  • Physically fit with working power tool knowledge (welding/fabrication experience advantageous)
  • Show initiative with completing a variety of tasks;

About the Position
We have an immediate need for a Specialty Teams Supervisor to join our high performing NSW team to oversee our residential installations.

As the Specialty Team Supervisor (NSW), you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality installation of Wynstan products from our awnings, shutters and service team.

Reporting to the Installation manager, you’re remit will be to:

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the Installation team by supporting, supervising and coordinating workloads, driving standards, overseeing returns practices and all people related matters associated with recruitment, training and counselling,
  • Assist with complex shutter and awning installations liaises with customers to ensure top quality installation service to all customers
  • Effectively supervise a small administrative team to ensuring the timely and accurate updating of data into our designated system,
  • Attend and effectively contribute to scheduled team meetings and provide timely statistical data as requested.

The Role
As a Sales Consultant for Wynstan, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by attending scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments, providing customers with appropriate solutions to meet their needs. There are no hard sell obligations as we pride ourselves on our quality products and our established brand.

You require excellent customer service skills to assist clients to make an educated purchase decision, as well as the execution of down to the millimetre accurate measuring. This will then produce a quote that ensures the perfect product fitment and application.

To Succeed in This Role
You’ll be great with people and come from a customer orientated background. You will also have some previous hands on measuring experience. As required to deliver our customers in-home measure and quotes, the ideal candidate must be comfortable with being on the road and adaptive to busy schedules, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provides high-level executive and administrative support.
  • Coordinates requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and provides a professional first point of contact for all enquiries.
