Why is Nepean Blinds and Doors becoming Wynstan? Wynstan has been manufacturing the quality products that Nepean Blinds and Doors provide for over five-years already. The changeover in look and feel means the two showrooms (and their awesome teams) can join our network of 30 existing showrooms and team of over 400 staff, so we can better manage the business behind the scenes and in-turn provide an even better experience for our customers.
What happens to current Warranties? All products are covered by a 3-year warranty. If you have any products currently under a Nepean Blinds and Doors warranty that require service, please contact us using the details below to schedule a warranty service appointment. (Tip: Have your order number handy when contacting us to expedite the process.)
What happens beyond the Warranty for maintenance & additional services? Wynstan will continue to provide ongoing support for your Nepean Blinds and Doors products including assisting with paid maintenance services, product upgrade and quoting new products for your home or business.
