Why does Wynstan support OCA?
Ovarian Cancer doesn’t only affect women. Children could lose a mother, husbands could lose a wife. Unfortunately, the Wynstan family has suffered because of this disease, and know all too well the effect that Ovarian Cancer can have on a family. Margaret Turner, was the matriarch of the Wynstan family. Just before Christmas in 1994, Margaret passed away from Ovarian Cancer, leaving her three children and husband devastated. Wynstan is proud to support such an important charity, especially when it is so close to home.
Symptoms of Ovarian Cancer
There is no early detection test for ovarian cancer, so all women need to be aware of the symptoms.
