Products look great and well made. Service was friendly but I felt the installation could have been more precise for an immaculate finish. It felt like there were alot of excuses as to why we had some gaps in our install of fly screens and doors. They came with marks on the frame when supposedly brand new. 3.8/5

Installer Andree arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. Installed two awnings, a security door and two fly screens and cleaned up afterwards. The only issue was that 6 of my 8 fly screens could not be installed as the original salesperson had measured incorrectly. So now I have to wait while they are manufactured again.

We had Daniel install our curtains and blinds throughout the house and he did an amazing job. Not an easy install for the curtains especially, as we also have a 7-8m void where scaffolding needed to be put up. Despite the challenges the install was achieved professionally and the results speak for itself.The quality of the products were also excellent - ie the fabric of the curtains and the sewing, seams, etc..Measurements were also to a tee and the details were all correct - from the differing colours between the bedrooms and living areas curtains, to the positioning of the blinds.Immaculate service overall from measure to quote, to delivery and to install.4 months in and they have really settled into their respective spaces nicely. They have added so much warmth into our home.Thank you.

After being referred by a friend, I called Wynstan for a quote for some sheer linen curtains. Peter Nelson from Wynstan Airport West prepared the quote and I signed on the spot. After speaking with Peter - who listened and understood exactly what I wanted - there was no need for any other quote. When the curtains were ready (about five weeks), Michael Johannsen called to arrange installation. He worked around the days I could WFH and followed up with a text. Michael arrived right on time, he was friendly and happy, he was prepared and even vacuumed up the tiny bit of dust from where he had to drill into the ceiling. I should also say the linen curtains are absolutely gorgeous, they fit perfectly, and have given my home the zazz it needed. Well done, Wynstan and thanks, Michael 🙂

I recently had flyscreens installed in my apartment with Wynstan and I have no complaints at all. The entire process was smooth and communication was great all throughout. The blinds took a little longer than expected (around 2 weeks late), but I received regular lead time updates and wasn't in a rush to get them installed so I wasn't fussed.My installer Laz was great. He was very friendly and very patient with my hyper dog who kept on trying to get in the way, and he was very efficient with the installation.This was all at a great price, by far the best quote I received out of the 3 I obtained. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a security door installed yesterday. Dale arrived on time and was fantastic. We required an additional part for the door lock and he has ordered it. Installation resulted in a few scratches on our balcony ceiling. Dale kindly offered to come back and repaint it when the part arrives. Honestly, when does that ever happen? I love my three automated blinds! So happy with my recent experience at Wynstan Baulkham Hills. Phillip was extremely professional when he came out to measure/quote, he made some suggestions which I took up. He called before arrival & arrived on time. I accepted the quote on the spot. 2 weeks later I had a call from the installer, Paul. After booking in a time, with a two hour window, Paul called me half an hour prior to my alloted frame to say he was on his way. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and got straight to work. Everything was fitted beautifuly. Cleaned up & took all the rubbish away. I am very happy with the service and the product. We ordered a retractable arm awning from Blackburn Wynstan after having our unit furnished with slim venetians last year. Andrew was prompt to come out, measure and quote, providing a very competitive and acceptable quote. Daniel phoned the day after we accepted the quote asking to come out and check to see what had to be done. Happy to hear from him as he fitted our blinds last year and was great to deal with. The awning was ready to be installed one week before expected. Daniel completed the job in his usual professional manner. I can highly recommend both Blackburn Wynstan and installer Daniel. Our initial dealings with Wynstan were not great. The installation of our security security doors were botched and our blinds were delivered with half battery and half hardwired systems. Then we were sent George! Professional and thorough, he checked in with the office to fix our blinds order then returned to install everything. He did a great job! Pricing was competitive, crimsafe door is quality and although the door took a bit of time to be delivered (around 4 weeks), Andrew the installer was very accommodating with booking a time in and he's work was awesome. Very happy with my sheer curtains fitted today. Was advised around 6 weeks for installation, it took 7 - fine.A big thank you to Marta in the Mosman store for her help and advice. The Alabaster colour is a great match with my decor and the curtains really help soften the interior of the room. 1 star deducted as it would have been nice to have had a bit more of a chat about styles and colours when the consultant came to my home. But to be fair, we did discuss flyscreens too and maybe there was limited time.

My crimsafe door installer Paul was great! Quick, clean, super helpful and answered all my questions. Was very happy with his service!Have taken a star off for other reasons- I enquired about a crimsafe door and shutters but because I was still researching shutters I wasn’t given a proper quote for them just a ball park figure. Was told when I was ready to do shutters they’d send someone out again to do a proper measure and quote. I thought this was a bit poor service (and have since gotten other quotes).The other thing I’m not a fan of is the Wynstan rubber plaque right above the door handle! Whenever I open the door, I see “Wynstan”. My old crimsafe doors didn’t have this. The new door has this AND 2 more Wynstan logos on the mesh. I’m glad my new door is just the laundry door and not my front door. Please remove this Wynstan HQ, your brand is strong enough without the tacky advertising!

Matthew had been an absolute professional and gem of a person during our interaction with Wynstan, he not only gave us a very competitive quote, but he also helped us at many steps - holding the process of manufacturing (due to construction delays) when we booked during Christmas deal at amazing pricing. Later he also absorbed material price hike and difference in original quote at the time of on-site measuring came out to be peanuts.Due to dealing with a very unprofessional custom builder where I was getting harassed for installation of these, Chris handled that extremely well and he also went above and beyond for installing my security screen doors properly without an issue. During my in-person interaction with Chris, I found him extremely well skilled and knowledgeable in his job. Chris even accommodated my request of taking security door's keys with him to the office for me to collect 'em later on the installation day.Overall, going ahead with Wynstan Rooty Hill was one of the best decision during my house build journey and I won't regret it ever. You get what you paid for - doors are sturdy and of premium quality and we are extremely happy with the after sales as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Wynstan Rooty hill to anyone.

Adam and Keegan installed our blind in a timely fashion with minimal fuss or delay. They took the important step of adding an additional bracket when they saw the position it was going into but all the work was completed on the day. Two minor down points were that the gutter was scratched and the silicone sealant was applied unevenly. These don’t affect our enjoyment of our now shady verandah!

Wynstan technician Andrew came out and resolved the issue with our Crimsafe sliding door issue, thoroughly explained the problems and the remedial work.Only downside was the time from Wynstan main office in organising the warranty response, there was a delay of about a month between registering the work required with Wynstan main office and hearing from the local technician as they got the repair job.

I first approached this store after watching 'Elvis' and seeing how he blacked out his windows during his deep depression. Taking a leaf from his book, I came in with privacy and darkness on my mind.The helpful young man serving me assured me that the Siesta Blind System was exactly what I was looking for. Even better, they could promise me the twilight ambience I had been desperately seeking.Done deal. I ordered, I waited, and they finally arrived for installation 4 hours before I was expected at my local keno bar.I arrived home early the following morning, and I was excited to get into bed because I wanted to try out my new Siestas. Unfortunately, while I did sleep soundly and peacefully, I did still wake up with a headache.

Wynstan were fabulous! We’ve used them in the past for screen doors and roller blinds so when we needed plantation shutters for a tricky space, we couldn’t go past them. They custom-made wooden plantation shutters for a large attic window and they look terrific. The whole procedure was very professional from the original quote and measure to the installation by the amazing Ryan. I received regular updates on when the shutters would be ready and installation was incredibly prompt. Wouldn’t go elsewhere …

We just finished an installation with Wynstan Five Dock this week and the results are superb. From the get go, they were extremely easy to deal with, with Joe coming out and reviewing our options. Ryan did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop for expected installation time and when our blinds were expected to come in. He was extremely quick and efficient, leaving no mess. We had Daniel install a retractable insect screen on our 2.7 m high door on Monday. The results were very pleasing and we can at last get some fresh air flowing through the house from that doorway. The screen is not obvious at all when extended or retracted and it's exactly what we were after. Wynstan's price was very good also.

We had Paul from wynstan's rooty hill come to install some security doors today. We found him to be extremely professional, friendly and neat and tidy. He gave us all the run down on the locking systems. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.

Brilliant experience from start to finish across sales, customer service and installation. We fitted out our new home with flyscreens, security doors and crimsafe.Tina in the Customer service team was great. Fantastic communication and was super helpful.Roy provided great advice in our measure and quote and shows his years of experience.Paul who installed it all was a legend, did the work quickly and provided good advice and recommendations.The product is great and better than what we expected and also at a very competitive price.Will definitely use the team at Rooty Hill again!

Wynstan was by far the best customer experience! They came out quickly to my area to measure my doors for a quote and they even offered me a competitive price!Although the doors were promised for before Christmas, the Wynstan staff notified me early that there were supply chain issues and that the door installation would be delayed a week. But that was okay, because they kept us informed about their status!An honourable mention to Bill K, the Wynstan contractor who installed our doors, who contacted us for installation as per the timeframe notified with flexible times for installation. He was on-time and very knowledgeable of the product!Would recommend Wynstan to anyone who needs new roller doors 😊

The whole process was very easy. Made an online enquire and within 24 hours received a call back and an appointment was made for a measured and quote The Rep (Rod) showed up on on time and had samples to talk through. Once done I receive an email with my order and a call 4 weeks later that the security door was ready for Installation. The installation guy (Andrew) arrived on time and the installation took about an hour and a half. Very professional job and Andrew cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with the whole process. Thanks Andrew and the whole team at Wynstan 5 stars ⭐️

This is the second time I have used Wynstan, which was initially through a recommendation. Every single person I have dealt with has been very professional. Today I had flyscreens fitted by Paul. He did an amazing job, love them. I really recommend anyone using Wynstan and particularly Paul for the flyscreen fitting.
