To bring resort-style relaxation to the outdoor area, we installed a sleek Cantilever Umbrella beside the pool. This piece instantly gave the space a “summer holiday at home” vibe, providing flexible shade and a touch of luxury. The adjustable design means Julie and David—or the future owners—can enjoy sun or shelter as needed, making the outdoor area far more usable year-round.
The rumpus room opens onto the backyard, and we wanted this space to feel seamless between inside and out. We installed a Retractable Flyscreen to allow fresh air to flow through without inviting insects in—a stylish, retractable solution that stays discreet when not in use. Paired with soft Sheer Curtains, the look was elevated further, adding movement, softness, and just the right amount of privacy while keeping the space airy and light.

In the family room, comfort and connection were key—so we wanted it to feel warm and welcoming. Our soft Sheer Curtains helped achieve just that. Chosen in a textured fabric with a neutral tone, they added a layer of warmth without overwhelming the room. They also improved acoustics, creating a quieter, more intimate space. By softening the edges of the windows and tying into the rest of the home’s refreshed palette, these curtains brought a sense of unity and flow to the overall interior. It’s a subtle change, but one that transformed the room’s atmosphere from functional to truly lived-in and loved.

To ensure the exterior matched the updated interior, we supplied Verandah Awnings for the balconies. These added a sharp, architectural edge while offering shade and privacy. The master bedroom featured dramatic high windows that let in beautiful morning light—but also plenty of heat. We installed Honeycomb Shades to insulate these top windows, reducing glare and boosting energy efficiency. For the main windows, we paired flowing Curtains in a the soft, elegant, Edgewater fabric in the colour, Linen to add warmth and luxury. Together, the two solutions created a peaceful, well-balanced sanctuary.
