12 Weeks of Christmas – Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for the Wynstan “12 Weeks of Christmas” promotion are noted below.

Promoter

1. The promoter is Wynstan Designs Pty Ltd, ABN 94 120 486 099, of 6 Foray Street, Yennora NSW 2161, trading as Wynstan (“Wynstan”).

Promotion period
2. The promotion runs from 12:00am AEDT Monday 5 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT Sunday 27 December 2026.
3. The promotion is divided into 12 weekly entry periods. Each runs from 12:00am AEDT Monday to 11:59pm AEDT Sunday, as set out in the draw schedule below.

Eligibility
4. The promotion is open to residents of NSW and VIC aged 18 or over.
5. Employees of the promoter, its related bodies corporate, and agencies involved in the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
6. Trade, commercial, builder and developer orders are not eligible.

How to enter
7. To enter, place an order for Wynstan products and pay the required deposit within an entry period.
8. Each eligible order receives one entry into the draw for the entry period in which the deposit was paid. Entries do not carry over to later draws.
9. Multiple orders for the same installation address placed in the same entry period are treated as one entry.
10. Orders for Service, Componentry or Repairs are not eligible.

Draws
11. Each draw will be held at 6 Foray Street, Yennora NSW 2161 at 10:00am AEDT on the date shown in the draw schedule below, by random computerised selection.
12. One winner will be drawn per entry period, for a total of 12 winners.

Draw schedule

Prize
13. Each winner will receive a refund of the total amount paid for their winning order, including GST.
14. The refund is based on the amount actually paid after any discounts or offers. The value of each prize will vary depending on the value of the winning order.

Prize conditions
16. The refund will be paid to the original payment method within 30 days of the winning order being installed and paid in full.
17. The prize covers only the items on the winning order at the time of the draw. Items added to the order after the draw are not included in the prize.
18. If the winning order is cancelled, the prize is forfeited. If the order is reduced, the refund will be based on the final amount paid.
19. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, other than as set out in these terms.

Winner notification
20. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
21. With the winner’s consent, their first name, surname initial and suburb will be published at www.wynstan.com.au/twelve-weeks-of-christmas/ within 7 days of the draw.

Unclaimed prizes
22. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days of the draw, or forfeits their prize under clause 19, the prize will be redrawn from the remaining entries for that entry period.
23. Redraws will be held at 6 Foray Street, Yennora NSW 2161 at the same time as the next scheduled draw. Redraws for week 12 will be held at 10:00am AEDT on 14 Jan 2027.
25. Redraw winners will be notified and published in the same way as original winners.

Privacy
26. Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and will be handled in line with Wynstan’s privacy policy at https://www.wynstan.com.au/privacy-policy/
27. Entrants will only receive marketing communications if they have consented to receive them.

General
28. This promotion is subject to Wynstan’s general terms and conditions at https://www.wynstan.com.au/tandcs/
29. The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
30. The promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes has been made in breach of these terms, including through order manipulation or fraud.
31. If the promotion is interfered with or cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any written directions from a relevant state regulator.
32. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta from all liability relating to this promotion.
33. Nothing in these terms limits any rights consumers have under the Australian Consumer Law.
