The Prize
One (1) winning entrant will receive the following:

• A Wynstan voucher valued at $500 AUD to spend on made-to-measure blinds, shutters, awnings, curtains and Crimsafe security (including measuring and fitting).
• A Fienza Tapware voucher valued at $500 AUD to spend on Fienza tapware & accessories only.

Total prize value: $1,000 AUD.

Eligibility
• This competition is open to residents of Sydney and Melbourne only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• The winner must reside in a suburb serviceable by Wynstan’s installation network. If a selected winner is outside a serviceable area, that entrant will be deemed ineligible and Wynstan and Fienza Tapware may conduct a redraw in accordance with the Winner Selection & Notification section.
• This competition is not open to employees of Wynstan, Fienza Tapware, or their immediate family members, or anyone directly connected with the running of this competition.
• Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Entries submitted via both the Wynstan and Fienza Tapware landing pages will be combined into a single entry pool; duplicate entries from the same person across both pages will be removed.
• Bulk, machine-generated, or third-party entries will not be accepted.
• To remain eligible for the prize draw, entrants must remain subscribed to receive marketing communications of both Wynstan and Fienza Tapware at the time of the draw. Entrants may unsubscribe after the draw.

How to Enter
• This competition is free to enter.
• Entrants may enter via the competition landing page hosted on the Wynstan website or the competition landing page hosted on the Fienza Tapware website. Both pages form part of the same competition and feed into a single combined entry pool.
• To enter, an entrant must complete the entry form on either landing page by providing their full name and email address and expressly consenting to (1) receive marketing communications from Wynstan; and (2) receive marketing communications from Fienza Tapware; and (3) the collection of their personal information by the brand operating the relevant landing page and disclosure of that personal information to the other promoter for the purposes set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• The competition opens on 8:00 AM AEST on 4 May 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 May 2026
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Winner Selection & Notification
• One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received.
• The draw will take place at 6 Foray Street Yennora NSW Australia on the 1 June 2026 at 10am AEST.
• The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw.
• The winner’s name will be published on www.wynstan.com.au/win-home-makeover/
On 1 June 2026 and will remain published for at least 28 days, to the extent required by applicable law.
• Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted, and no feedback on any entry will be provided.
• If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or the prize remains unclaimed or is forfeited, the promoters may conduct a redraw 6 Foray Street Yennora NSW Australia on 15 June 2026 at 10am AEST subject to applicable law.
• The redraw winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the redraw and, where required, published in the same manner.
• The draw result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, subject to applicable law.

Prize Conditions
• The Wynstan voucher is valued at up to $500 AUD and may be redeemed against custom made blinds, shutters, awnings, curtains, or Crimsafe products, including measuring and fitting by a Wynstan local advisor.
• To claim the Wynstan prize component, the winner must be available for a separate measuring appointment and a fitting appointment at their nominated home address within a Wynstan-serviceable area in Sydney or Melbourne.
• If the selected Wynstan products exceed $500 AUD in value, the winner will be required to pay the difference.
• The Fienza Tapware voucher is valued at $500 AUD and may be redeemed against Fienza tapware & accessories only.
• If the selected Fienza Tapware products exceed $500 AUD in value, the winner may choose to contribute additional funds at their own expense.
• Each voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases.
• Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue to the winner. Vouchers not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and may not be redeemed against any outstanding invoice.
• The prize is not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered in lieu of the stated prize.
• The prize must be claimed within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Wynstan and Fienza Tapware may conduct a redraw in accordance with the Winner Selection & Notification section.

Photography & Video
• The prize winner may be invited to participate in a voluntary photography or video shoot of the winning products installed in their home.
• By accepting this invitation, the winner consents to the use of the resulting imagery or video across Wynstan and Fienza Tapware’s owned, earned, and paid media channels, including but not limited to websites, social media pages, email communications, and advertising.
• The winner hereby grants to Wynstan, Fienza Tapware, and their respective related companies, agents, licensees, contractors, successors, assigns, and third-party service providers (collectively, the ‘Licensed Parties’) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable, and sub-licensable right to use these assets in any manner at the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, including creating derivative works, combining with other materials, and distributing across any media now known or hereafter developed.
• Participation in the photography or video shoot is entirely voluntary and does not affect the winner’s entitlement to the prize.

Data Collection & Privacy
• By entering this competition, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their personal information (including name and email address) will be collected by the promoter operating the landing page through which they entered and disclosed to the other promoter.
• Personal information will be used by Wynstan and Fienza Tapware for: (a) administering this competition; (b) contacting entrants in connection with the competition; (c) adding entrants to each promoter’s marketing database where the entrant has provided the required consent; and (d) sending marketing communications from Wynstan and Fienza Tapware.
• By entering, entrants expressly consent to receiving marketing communications from both Wynstan and Fienza Tapware.
• Entrants may unsubscribe from either brand at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in the relevant communication or by contacting the relevant brand directly.
• If an entrant unsubscribes from either Wynstan or Fienza Tapware before the draw is conducted, that entrant will no longer be eligible to win the prize.
• Each promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and its own privacy policy.

General Conditions
• Wynstan and Fienza Tapware reserve the right to exclude any entrant or withhold a prize where there has been any breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any fraudulent, dishonest, misleading or other unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
• Wynstan and Fienza Tapware reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this competition at any time if circumstances outside their reasonable control make this necessary, subject to any applicable laws.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
• By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions will be published on both the Wynstan website and the Fienza Tapware website, and on each respective competition landing page.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
